Cancellation Policy

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment, Salon 27 requires a 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given, we will require a credit card on file in order to reserve another appointment and 50% of the service that was scheduled will be charged. No shows are included under this policy.

Children’s Policy

For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment. We also ask that children are seated in the waiting area before and after their appointments. This is to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
